Witam
Mam problem. Komputer rozpoznaje odtwarzacz, ale nie zawiera on tylko w Menedżerze urządzeń. Your problem may be in the cables OR your computer usb ports (try to clean them with pressurized air). Check player with another few cables, check also with every usb you have. If that doesn't help, try with usb 2.0 disabled (look into your motherboard bios and leave only usb 1.1). Next, try with another computer. If nothing helps, the remain option is only service...

Which version of firmware do you need? Versions up to 2.31 you'll find on this site in download section. Software 2.32 and newer isn't available for download.

Some time ago there was problem with flashing description, but believe me - those files works fine (self tested). Direct inserting files from one model to another probably will kill your pmp. What was your last working firmware?

Alexion, copying files from one PMP to another with different firmware versions WON'T help you! That's first. Second, you've wrote that computer does NOT see the player anymore - so how you want to copy those files? :) Neither way, today I can't help you, I don't have the pmp with me (left it in home, and I'll be there tomorrow).
Try to start flashing with 2.20 firmware revision, then 2.30 and at the very end - 2.31. It will work.
Btw. google translate isn't very good...

Ps. kolega Alexion szuka plików z partycji systemowej, uważa że wklejając te pliki do siebie przywróci swój odtwarzacz do życia. Niech i tak będzie. Jak ktoś może, to niech wrzuci tu swoje pliki z opisem wersji FW.

ok, try this:

1. download recent firmware.
2. install Cineo Device Manager.
3. put new file SETUP.RKW in main directory of Cineo.
4. use settings/system settings/firmware update.
5. for the question Update? choose YES.
6. After finished upgrading the Cineo won't turn on.
7. Connect Cineo to the pc. After connecting system will need to choose location of driver. point it to the installation folder of Cineo Device Manager (c:\Program Files\CineoDM\Rk27\Driver).
8. After installing the driver, PMP will be available as RK27 Rockchip USB Device.
9. Start Cineo Device Manager.
10. Choose SETUP.RKW (same which you've put into cineo before).
11. Click RESTORE.
12. Click YES on every question (Attention! every data stored in Cineo will be deleted).
13. After update pmp will turn on automatically.

For you try starting from 7. Let me know if you were able to do something.
