Pentagram P5210 navigation shut down problem

Hello I can't speak Polish so if there is someone who can help me in English I'll be merciful.
I've a pentagram P5210 navigation device which came to me as a gift from a Polish friend. when I use the device while charging there is no problem but when I try to use with battery secreen goes after 20-25 seconds and I try to get it back by using sleep and awake mode it comes back but goes again after 1 second. I guess it is not hardware problem because it does the same action since I got the device (0km :)) is there any suggestion about this? Thanks.

Please let me know serial number (sticker on back of device).
On Pentagrem website are many versions of software. With information about SN i can sent you link to correct version.

You can try to change the firmware of this device, but you have to match the serial number for the correct version.
